Securitize has partnered with Stonegate Global Fund Administration to jointly launch a full-service fund liquidity solution.
The solution provides formation, structuring, digitisation and administration for real estate, venture and private equity investment funds, as well as for direct deals, single asset investments and other illiquid investment offerings.
Under the solution, funds will be administered through Stonegate Global using Securitize’s investor onboarding and management platform, which features transfer agent and liquidity services.
